Note: You will not be able to access the members only section of the web site and members only forums until you have a user ID and password. You will receive your User ID and Password on the back of your membership card when you receive your membership packet in 2-3 weeks. Current members renewing their membership can continue to log on to the members sections of the website using their current user ID and password.

Important notes;

If you are applying for an Active Military Personnel membership, You must submit photocopy of current military Leave and earnings statement.

Associate membership is for spouses and children under the age of 18 living in the same household as a current member. If applying for an associate membership, please be sure to include the current members membership number in the space provided at the bottom of the page.

Anyone living outside of the USA must purchase a Foreign membership.

Membership lists are strictly confidential. We have taken every precaution to keep your submitted information confidential when you use this form, but if you are concerned about the security of your information, please print and submit the PDF version of the membership form via US Mail or other postal courier.
